THE THANG
Pax were instructed to mosey all the way from the warm up spot to the number 12. Begin a descending merkin ladder, always running back to the 12 before proceeding to the next number. Next pax were instructed to buddy up for all of the following exercises as we matriculated around the AO. At the lunch tables Buddy 1 did 15 step ups per leg while buddy 2 did 10 spoon merkins per side. Mosey to corner of school and Buddy 1 does 30 squats, Buddy 2 reverse crunch. Proceed to dugout. Buddy 1 50 SSH; Buddy 2 slow FM’s . Mosey to entrance of the old parking lot; Buddy 1, 20 Carolina Dry Docks; Buddy 2 thrusters. From here sprint top of hill at corner of Car Mol. Recovery Indian walk/jog to top of hill in front of school. Buddy 1 10 Mike Tysons while Buddy 2 held plank. Head down to mid part of hill; Buddy 1 20 H2H, Buddy 2 Mtn Climbers. The next logical place to go was to head to the swings. Buddy 1 10 underdogs while Buddy 2 did lbc’s. Then, we weren’t done yet…head to the pull up bars so Buddy 1 could do 10 pull ups while Buddy 2 held al gore. And yet we STILL had time. Clearly I’m not a professional. We did an impromptu descending squat ladder from 12 but just with no running.
