THE THANG
Not your traditional game of UNO. Each PAX received 7 cards and game begun. Numbered cards were the reps, but a card was drawn every round to determine how many “Kicker reps” were added. Example – If a 7 is drawn, then 7 additional reps are added to the count. When a card was played, the PAX made the decision on which exercise (regular or coupon) we complete.
- Red – Squats or Overhead Press
- Blue – LBC’s or Curls
- Yellow – Seal Jacks or Kettlebell Swings
- Green – Merkins or Grave Diggers
- Skip – Skip to first cone and back
- Reverse – Bernie to first cone and back
- Draw 2 – 10 (+ kicker reps) of the exercise of the color + 2 more exercises were chosen to complete at 10 each (+ Kicker reps)
- Wild – 20 (+kicker reps) of the exercise of color chosen, then run to second cone and back, or do a full lap for those wanting more.
- Wild Draw 4 – 10 (+Kicker reps) of 4 exercises chosen, then run to second cone and back, or do a full lap for those wanting more.
- After drawing a card and you cannot play, all do 2 block burpees.
