It was a misty, rainy Thursday morning with the temperature hovering in the high 40s. Perfect weather for a Tabata beatdown. The Q managed to arrive a whole **45 seconds early**, setting a new personal record for punctuality. This was both celebrated and questioned by the PAX. Despite the drizzle, morale was high, and the group was ready to embrace the suffering ahead.
Conditions: Misty, rainy, and in the high 40s.

βWe spend too much time listening to ourselves and not enough time talking to ourselves.β β Dr. Martin Lloyd-Jones
We are loved by God, made in His image, and precious to Him. So precious that He sent His only Son to die on the cross to save us so we could spend eternity with Him in heaven. Letβs remind ourselves of these truths daily.
BOM (Ball of Man)
We circled up, gave thanks, and prayed for strength, wisdom, and the ability to serve others well. Another solid morning in the gloom.
