THE THANG
Slightly modified TABATA style workout (20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest=1 set, and a designated number of sets=1 round). Normally a 1 minute rest period would follow each round, but today 3 minutes was given after each round, during which the PAX were instructed to complete a bridge lap and then rest for whatever time remained before the start of the next round. For this workout, each exercise was performed for six, TABATA style sets for each round.
