Exercise Definitions π
- Merkins: Standard push-ups performed with proper form.
- JLoβs: A core exercise involving side-to-side leg movements, mimicking dance moves.
- Overhead Press: Lifting a weight (coupon/block) from shoulder level to overhead.
- Squats: Lowering the body by bending the knees and hips, then returning to standing.
- Reverse Flutter Kicks: Lying on your back, legs straight, lifting them alternately in a fluttering motion.
