Northeast Tennessee Arrowhead (Indian Trail) Johnson City

It was a warm morning and to avoid whatever nefarious idea bobber had for a Q i took one for the team and threw something together and the Q I chose was “the beast”. 9 Pax came and partook of a fun workout of 6’s  Note: No Demons where summoned during this workout….

  • 10 Imperial Walkers (IC)
  • 10 Mnt. Man Poopers (IC)
  • 10 Willie May Hayes (IC) with debate on how i did them wrong.
  • 10 sticky but Kickers (IC) because it was requested

THE THANG
The Beast is a 6 exercises done 6 times with 6 reps…and i think most of us got to 4 rounds so we didn’t so it was more like 664…. which sounds more like an area code.

  • 6 pullups
    • lunge to 2nd light
  • 6 SSH
    • Lunge to 3rd light
  • 6 underdogs
    • bear crawl across parking lot
  • 6 burpees
    • Broad jump back to 3rd light on other side
  • 6 squats
    • Broad jump to first light
  • 6 Mericans
    • bearcrawl across parking lot

repeat 6 times (we only did 4 except maybe ghost rider and bobber i think they did 4 or 5)
