Cloudy, 55 degrees, and a bit moodyβlike nature was foreshadowing a tantrum. We dodged a biblical downpour by mere minutes as the skies opened up just as we hit our cars. πββοΈπ¦

Bobber, Futon, Jester, Ghost Rider, Woz, Copy Machine, Jobs, and the man of the hour, Jake, back from a week-long hiatus to Q like he never left. π

Kicked off with a prayer for safety, because bear crawls and rain-slicked parking lots are a lawsuit waiting to happen. π¬
Warm-Up πββοΈ
Jake eased us back into his Q with a warm-up that felt like a polite handshake before the pain:
- Imperial Walkers (strutting like we own the lot) πΆββοΈ
- SSH (because jumping is cardio, right?) πΊ
- Slow Squats (savoring the burn like fine wine) π
- LBAC (forward, back, like weβre sketching lifeβs regrets) βοΈ

The Thang ππ₯
Jake unleashed a parking lot twist on 1st and 10, turning us into human yard markers with a side of masochism. The rules? Brutal but brilliant:
- Endzone (first crosswalk): Every visit, crank out 10 Mericans, 15 Overhead Press, 20 Curls, 25 Squats. No shortcuts, no mercy. π€
- Run to the 10-yard line: 10 Heels to Heaven, bear crawl back to the endzone, do the endzone exercises. π»
- Run to the 20-yard line: 10 Box Cutters, run back, but bear crawl from the 10 to the endzone. Endzone exercises again. π
- Pattern continued: 30 (Crunches), 40 (Hello Dolly), 50 (J-Lo), 40 (Rosalita), 30 (Reverse Flutter Kicks), 20 (Freddy Mercury), 10 (LBC). Bear crawl from the 10 every return. π©
- Mythical other endzone: 100 SSH. Spoiler: Nobody reached this promised land. π¦
We shuffled, crawled, and groaned like a B-movie zombie flick, but Jakeβs genius kept us moving.
