Stair Lap

The Thang

The Dozen Descent – Start with the top exercise and complete the listed reps. Run a stair lap. For each subsequent round, add the next exercise on the list (along with all previous ones) and perform them top-to-bottom, followed by a stair lap. Continue the descend until all have been completed.
