THE THANG

pax were asked to mosey all the way to the #12 in carline  where a new exercise was introduced and thanks the the mind of gutterball (not to be confused with nor superseded by the mind of minolta) he coined it the Lenox Lewis.  That is performed in a plank position by reaching back with one hand to touch one’s opposite foot then bringing it back to plank and performing a merkin. That is 1 rep   Then R&R the other hand to foot.  On the evens perform LL and on the odds perform imperial squat walkers down to the 1.  Then partner up. P1 performs a hollow hold while P2 runs half way to the stop sign  for 5 burpees then switch. Then P1 holds hollow hold again while P2 runs to stop sign for 3 burpees and switch. Then we came back up the numbers the opposite way with the exercises   At the flag P1 did Freddy Mercury’s while P2 did 10 underdogs. Flip flop x2 rounds
