THE THANG
As this being YHC 49th bday I knew that I am getting oh so very close to finally getting respect   That said, I needed to find a phrase or saying that reflected that status of not yet having said respect. Thanks to the efforts of chat gpt I found such a Japanese phrase: Imada uyamawarezu. It translates to not yet having respect, and if you need help pronouncing it Jake said he would help.  So I took that phrase and added the numerical value of the letters and it equaled 183.  And broke that down into 11 exercises around the AO with 17 reps per exercise and 13 on the last one.  Exercises were pull-ups, imperial squat walkers, underdogs, OHP, mike Tyson’s, dips, 10 freaking 20’s, negative curls, squats, BOR, burpees.
next was a combo of 50 KB swings and unalives at the light poles.   And despite this being my 192nd q I’m still not a professional and thus there was still time  we slow moseyed to the hill for two rounds of Everest and running down the other side

MARY
No time.  We arrived back at the flag impressively at 0730.
