Episode #144- 51 Years- 6’s and 🚫the number before 8’s

Great cold clear morning to work out and later create a Q without any AI help.  23 degrees 🥶🌡️ when yours truly showed up at 6:32 (due solely to 2.1, 2.2, and 2.3’s failure to rise rapidly when Jake awoke them from their slumber 😴💤) to meet 1 FNG, 2 Down Rangers, and 1 OG and one almost OG.

Warm up not going to do much, but for the sake of the non-regulars, we did Hillbilly Walkers and Imperial Walkers x6 to Rocky Top 🍊.

THE THANG
Since 5 + 1 = 6 and our family has a rule that if you say 6 and then that other number right after, you are required to do that many burpee’s, there was no counting above 6 for this entire workout…. almost.

Pretty much all of the Q involved a Dora Style workout with the twist 🔀 being that there is no counting.  You flap jacked 🥞 when your partner came back from running.  All of these also included 3 rounds for everyone (except our Down Range guys who are absolute BEASTS 💪🏼 and the last two 2️⃣ where we just continued until the song 🎶 was over).  For clarity purposes, the 💡 pole where the  is traditionally planted is 💡 Pole # 1️⃣ and we count up from there.
