8 pax showed up on a wonderfully cool morning to see how one uses a block to do chest and abs exercises

THE THANG
Pax hoisted their blocks following the warmup and headed in the general direction of the hill in front of the school. Thang1 consisted of 3 rounds of 4 exercises and a lap around the hill. The position of the exercises were half way up, mid point, half way down and at the flag pole. Round 1: 5 block chops per side, 10 block derkins, 5 block chops, 5 offset merkins per side. Round 2: 20 block overhead hold marches, 10 HR merkins, 10 ISW, 20 bench merkins. Round 3: 20 H2H, 5 burpees, 10 v ups, 5 burpees.
and because I can’t let Gutterball down I did have thang 2 at the ready. From the mid part of the hill pax will complete 3 rounds 40 Freddy’s then run to top for 10 mike Tyson’s Next was 20 and 10, then 10 and 1. Time was up and so we headed back
