THE THANG

Upcycled from September 2018, another partner workout greeted the pax. Here’s what went down:

SET 1
15 Running burpees OYO. Then, Partner A does 4 suicide sprints between the 4 light poles. Partner B does AMRAP pullups / negatives until Partner A returns. Switch until complete.

SET 2
15 burpees OYO. Then, Partner A does shoulder tap push ups while Partner B does thrusters with a coupon. Both race to 25 reps. When the first partner gets to 25 reps (with either exercise), recover for 30 seconds then switch exercises and repeat.

SET 3
15 running burpees OYO. Then, Partner A does kettle bell swings while Partner B does Clean and Presses. When the first partner gets to 25 reps (with either exercise), recover for 30 seconds then switch exercises and repeat.

SET 4
15 burpees OYO. Then, Partner A does mixed grip pullups while Partner B does Bear Complexes (sub double reps on the weighted squats, so 50). When the first partner gets to 25 reps (or 50 if squats are used) (with either exercise), recover for 30 seconds then switch exercises and repeat.

We only made it through set 4. Sets 5 and 6 are recorded here for posterity (and possible upcycling by another intrepid pax).

SET 5
15 running burpees OYO. Mosey with coupons to the swings. Then, Partner A does body rows on the swings while Partner B does V-ups. When the first partner gets to 25 reps (with either exercise), recover for 30 seconds then switch exercises and repeat.

SET 6
15 burpees OYO. Mosey to the track. Partner A does dips with coupon while Partner B does jump squats. When the first partner gets to 25 reps (with either exercise), recover for 30 seconds then switch exercises and repeat.

Mosey back to the flag.
