It was a day. A morning day, to be precise. The kind of day that is in the morning, and starts off with a night. The night gives way to day, but not without the morning. We had that morning among us. And soon.
Technically, the workout was held in our living room, because we were living in the room around us. This force of life lived brightly beside us as each homme became a frere.

THE THANG
Is a man really ever “ready” for a Murph? No, because I don’t think we’re every really ready for pain. Not real pain, at least. And can pain you choose ever really be real?
But we’re going to try.
Here’s what we did. A ladder up and down to failure, then repeated. Some people hated it. Me, I did. But not so much. Hate that you choose isn’t always real hate, either, but it sure can feel like it if you let it.
Ladder up:
1 pull up, 2 push ups, 3 squats, run to end of parking lot and back. Then 2 pull ups, 4 push ups, 6 squats, run to parking lot and back, increasing reps by 1, 2, and 3 respectively. Go up in numbers until you fail, then start going down the ladder in reverse by subtracting 1, 2, and 3 from each rep until back at 1.
Progress up to 10 and down and you’ve done the 100 pull ups, 200 push ups, and 300 squats.
