THE THANG
U.S. Army Staff Sergeant Eduardo Loredo was killed in Afghanistan in service to his family, unit, and country, on June 24, 2010, the day before his 35th birthday. His workout, the “Loredo,” consists of six rounds of: 24 squats, 24 merkins, and 24 walking lunges + a 400M run (.25 mile).

The group finished strong with 10 minutes to spare for a Mary. We did 24 reps of flutter kicks, ankle biters, and PROTRACTORS.
