THE THANG
The participants were informed that we would be engaging in three, 2 minute periods of AMRAP work, switching exercises after 1 minute and resting for 20 seconds between the 2 minute periods. During each 20 second break, a different HIM would pick out the exercises to be performed during that period. After a total of 3 rounds, we alternated taking trips up hotel and magnolia hill, performing 6 burpees at the top before returning. For our last trip, we did 9 Mike Tysons instead. The exercises picked included squats, bent over rows, American hammers, flutter kicks with block, merkins, curls, overhead presses, reverse dips, and probably a few others that I have since forgotten.
