The Thang
Thankful PAX on Every Corner
Tri-Block circuit working legs, arms and abs. Thanksgiving meal simulation where PAX are gathered around a table feasting on exercises. There was a first helping, second helping and desserts. Starting at Wild Wings, mosey to Tombstone Hill for legs, then mosey to corner of Boone/Wilson Ave for arms, then back to Wild Wings for abs. At every corner one PAX would share something he is thankful for prior to exercises. The theme was PAX are thankful for family, F3 PAX and accountability, and God’s provision. In other words, it was everything F3 stands for – fitness, fellowship, and faith.
