The Thang – Base station set up with tunes and flag. Each time at the base (5) Blockee Squat Thrusters were performed followed by transportation to next cone with the block.

  • Cone 1 (roughly 15 yards from base) –  Murder Bunnies to cone and then perform (2) sets of Colt 45’s. Mosey or Murder Bunnies back to base and perform the (5) Blockee Squat Thrusters.
  • Cone 2 (roughly 35 yards from base) – Riffle Carry to cone and then perform (20) We’re Not Worthy and (30) Lawnmower pulls – 15 each arm. Mosey back to base and perform the (5) Blockee Squat Thrusters.
  • Cone 3 (Roughly 15 yards from base) – Murder Bunnies to cone and then perform (40) Grave Diggers – 20 each arm. Mosey or Murder Bunnies back to base and perform the (5) Blockee Squat Thrusters.
  • Cone 4 (Roughly 40 yards from base) – Shattin Baby carry block to cone and perform (40) Curl into Press. Mosey back to base and perform the (5) Blockee Squat Thrusters.
  • Cone 5 (Roughly 15 yards from base) – Murder Bunnies to cone and then perform (25) Alpo’s and (25) Tricep Extensions. Mosey or Murder Bunnies back to cone and perform the (5) Blockee Squat Thrusters.
  • Round 2 – Everything cut in half. All started it, but none finished.
  • Also had a Burpee Train in the mix…
