It has been a quite week with so many PAX out of town, but 4 HIM found a way to get a beatdown in, just before the rain came. Welcome back Sapper. He has been out a few months with a knee injury from a F3 workout, but he didn’t let that keep him from coming back as soon as it was strong enough to get back at it.

THE THANG
4 Jokers – 6 rounds were made with half in RED writing and half in Black writing. A deck of cards were used to move though the rounds. Only the color of the cards matter. A PAX randomly pick a Round to flip over. If on a round with BLACK writing and a BLACK card was drawn, it allowed to go to the next exercise in the round to complete. If a RED card was drawn, then we repeated the exercise but only half the reps. If then a second RED card was drawn then we went up 2 exercises in the round and completed half of both. If a 3rd drawn, you get the point. Same procedure for a round with RED writing, them then RED drawn allowed to move down the round. Black cards stopped for the repeats. After each round was completed, a bridge or stair lap was completed. The only card that matters was the 4 Jokers placed in the deck. When one was drawn a additional lap was ran. Blocks were used for a couple of the exercises within each round. If a exercise was to be done in cadence, the PAX that drew the card, called out the cadence. We completed almost 4 of the 6 rounds.

  • Red Round – 15 Big Boy Sit Up’s, 15 Block Squats, 20 SSH (Cadence), 10 UHauls, 15 Shoulder Taps (Each Arm)
  • Red Round – 20 American Hammers (Cadence), 25 Bent Over Rows, 20 Imperial Walkers (Cadence), 5 Block Burpees, 20 Scorpion Dry Docks (Cadence)
  • Black Round – 20 Freddy Mercury’s (Cadence), 10 Grave Diggers (each side), 20 Seal Jacks (Cadence), 15 Overhead Press, 20 Merkins (Cadence)
  • Red Round – 20 V-Ups, 10 Skull Crushers (Each Side), 15 Low Slow Squats (Cadence), 15 KBS’s, 10 Mike Tysons

Around 4 minutes worth of Hello Dolly’s, Box Cutters, Rosileta’s, Freddy Mercury’s and plank till time.

ANNOUNCEMENTS – Convergence on 28th. Additional details coming. Prayers for a 2.0 of a fellow PAX that has been diagnosed with eye cancer. Since rare, slow moving and caught early, there is a lot of hope.
