Getting old sucks!!! Just sayin’! After quite a while of being out due to sciatica and L4/L5 issues, I was finally able to make it back to my regularly scheduled first Tuesday regime – the infamous Tabata!!! The weather was great and the stars were out as 6 of us sweated to some Classic Rewind Top 100.
