Shuffle and Suffer

9 PAX battled that dreaded Saturday feeling of “should I just stay in this warm bed…..or go to F3”. The 9 Pax chose the latter. It was a cool 47 degrees, but by the end of it we were all a little bit better.

THE THANG
The AOQ decided to do a little deck of cards again to help get the PAX motivated for a wonderful Saturday. The AOQ was outvoted for jokers being burpees, so we did American Hammers IC X 25
