It was a beautiful morning at 31 degrees when 13 HIM braved the cold and gloom to help me celebrate YHC’s 49th revolution around the sun. Even bobber came out with a torn Meniscus to groan at Woz for his choice in Running.

THE THANG
We went around the school 3 time doing reps of 16 as any math waz know that it adds up to 48.
- 16 pullups at the flag
- 16 underdogs at the swings
- 16 lunges on the way to the dug out
- 16 dips at the dug out or wall circle thinggy
- 16 step-ups at the pain cave
- 16 ‘mericans at the stop sign
- 16 squats at the picknick tables
- do it again!!!!
