THE THANG
A Daisy inspired beatdown with a EMOM piece, a AMREP piece, and some timed running sections.
- 12 Minute EMOM – consisted of 6 or 7 (6-7 for you Chaco) of Kettle Bell Swings, Dead Lift High Pulls and Block Squat Thrusters. After done, rest until next minute starts. the 18-21 reps per round typically allowed for around 15 seconds of rest before going again. 12 rounds.
- Run – 5 minutes
- 15 Minute AMREP – consisted of (10) Curls, (10) SSH, (10) OHP, (10) V-UPS, (10) Grave Diggers, (5) Burpees. Keep repeating until time. I got about 6.5 rounds and I know ABACABB lapped me at least once, probably twice. Shocker.. I know.
- Run – 5 minutes

No time, actually had to cut the last run to 4.5 minutes.
