THE THANG
Pax were instructed to hoist their coupons aka burdens and mosey to the bottom of the hill at the front of the school. It was here YHC reminded the pax of the 5 core principles of F3 (if you don’t know them then perhaps you should look em up.  Since there are 5 CP’s we did 5 exercises: curls, ohp, bent over rows, up right rows, merkins. These were completed as partners (P1 ran to second light on hill while P2 lifted then flapjack). Then pax were instructed to carry their partners burdens to the mid point of hill.  P1 did burpees while P2 Bernied to 4th tree. Flapjack   Then P1 went to the top of hill for 1 Mike Tyson while P2 did slow recovery squats, R&R.  Next pax combined their burdens for both to carry.  It was left up to the partner pairs to figure that out.  We then arrived at the last light pole away from the flag for coupon suicides.  Run to the end and back to pick up one’s own coupon to bring to the next closest pole, drop it and run to the flag and back until you end up at the flag with your coupon.

How can one sum up F3? I don’t think it can be just simply summed up.  Yet after leading 200 Q’s I do know I’m better at it than my first one and surely not as good as I’ll be by the time I get to my 400th.
I think Ted Lasso said it best

ANNOUNCEMENTS
There are 157 opportunities to lead in 2026.  I shouldn’t hit 300 next year.
