It was a wet and cold 36 degrees this morning when 8 PAX arrived in hopes of remaining dry during the Q. The AOQs original plan was to do a tour of the whole AO with a lot of exercises along the way (including burpees); however, the AOQ forgot to check the weather before bed last night and didn’t realize it was supposed to rain during the gloom. So the original Q was modified to spend as little time in the rain and even less time on the wet ground.

THE THANG
Thing One
First we moseyed over to the parking lot numbers where at every spot number the PAX had to complete 10 squats and 10 merkins.
Thing Two
Mosey to the stop sign to start lunges to every tree. At each tree we had to complete 5 Carolina dry docks until we made it to the end of the island.
Thing Three
We moseyed to the dugouts and completed three rounds of 5 Mike Tysons’ followed by 10 dips.
Things Four-Six (where completed under the Portico)

Three rounds of 10 skaters each leg (IYKYK) and 10 step-ups each leg
Thing five
Three rounds of 5 imperial squatters and 30 second chair pose holds (again IYKYK)
Thing Six
LOTS of AB exercises to make sure the PAX got a well rounded full body workout
