The Thang  

A gross is a unit of measurement equaling 144 (12 x 12).   It’s also commonly used to describe something vulgar and disgusting.  PAX were instructed on The Gross:  12 exercises with 12 reps each followed by a pavilion lap.  Rinse and repeat with a goal of completing 12 sets.  By the end, everyone agreed The Gross is gross.
