YHC usually does this OYO. My cadence was getting softer at the higher reps. For some reason, I was trying to do all the overhead hand raises in one breath. Apparently, 32 is my limit.

YHC introduced F3 Erwin PAX to B.O.M.B.S. I think some of the PAX thought I was kidding (Late April fools joke, maybe?) as they asked me to repeat it several times.

Partners alternate running and accruing exercises.
We got through most of the exercises as a group. YHC was particularly proud of GoDaddy and Hooker. They were putting in hard work and there was no quit!

YHC likes what he has seen so far in Erwin. Guys are stepping up and taking on the challenge. There was alot of encouragement and high-fives. Carrying on the JC model!
So this was the inaugural weekday workout for F3 Erwin and the first led by YHC. Excitement was in the air. And, wouldn’t you know it; Elvis attacked me on the way out the door. Unfortunately, it was not a quick “deposit.” Slugger stepped in without a hitch to get things moving ON TIME.
Note to self: Soup Beans and corn bread are taken off the menu… well, just on the night before a Q.
