Pre THANG

Indian Run up Hwy 36 to the Monkey Bars

2 minute EMOM:

5 pull-ups + 5 toes to bar then mosey to octaball pit and and recover, then:

15 incline merkins

Rinse & Repeat for 4 sets total

The Real THANG

Indian Run around the school back to the field (can’t you guys read the sign, that’s a no-passing zone….)

Set 1: Flip the tire – 2 burpees on the goal line, run to 25 yard line – 4 burpees, goal line and back to 50 yard line – 6 burpees, goal line and back to 75 yard line – 8 burpees, goal line and back to opposite goal line – 10 burpees, back to starting goal line and 1 lap around track, flip the tire when complete

Set 2: Flip the tire – 5 burpees on the goal line, run to the 25 yard line – 10 merkins, goal line and back to 50 yard line – 15 monkey humpers, run to the goal line and back to 75 yard line – 20 overhead presses with block, run to goal line and back to opposite goal line – 25 block curls, back to starting goal line and 1 lap around the track then rinse and repeat from the other end (25, 20, 15, 10, 5) then flip the tire.  That took the 6 PAX to 6:15.
