THE THANG
Simple.  No Mercy Mile (YHC knows it’s not necessarily a crowd favorite but I tried to put it in perspective by reminding them its at least better than a burpee PT test).

For those that don’t know the NMM consists of pax starting at mid point on straight part of the track and jog to turn 1. Bear crawl from there to turn 2.  Jog to mid point on back straight and perform 25 merkins.  Jog to turn 3.  Lunge from turn 3 to turn 4.  Jog to starting point and perform 25 lunges. That’s 1 lap, complete 4 total for a mile.
