  • 25 Presses then run a lap around parking lot. On repeat for 5 Min
  • 25 Flutter Kicks then run a lap around parking lot. On repeat for 5 Min
  • 25 Curls then run a lap around parking lot. On repeat for 5 Min
  • 15 Man Maker (Block Burpee) then run a lap around parking lot. On repeat for 5 Min
  • Couple Sprints
  • Couple rounds of Bear Craw and Craw Bear
