This backblast is being posted pretty late. The details are fuzzy. There were five PAX.
Some brief, but strenuous, exercises were completed to get blood pumping. They included, but were not limited to, merkins and burpees.
PAX split into 2 groups. Group 1 started out on the track doing Route 66. Group 2 started in the Perspiration Station completing the prescribed exercises until Group 1 finished their route. Groups switched stations until time was up.
Route 66: 11 cones were set up around the track. At the first cone do 1 rep of the prescribed exercise, at the second cone do 2 reps, … , at the 11th cone do 11 reps. This totals 66 reps of the exercise in one lap around the track. The exercises completed were: Burp’n’Merk, Squats (3 count hold), big boy sit ups.
Perspiration Station: PAX rotated through the following exercises, completing 20 reps of each: burpees, lateral jumps over a bench, lunges, monkey humpers, American hammers.
