Rules of SANDBAG engagement for workout: once the sandbag is picked up it cannot be sat down…should a PAX let their bag touch the ground they must complete 10 Burpees while the other PAX hold their sandbags overhead and count the reps.
THE THANG

• Sandbag at waist high – Front kicks IC (10x)
• Group Curls IC (5x)
• Front Row IC (10x)
• Sandbag at waist high – Front kicks IC (10x)
• Laydown Press IC (10x)
• Hill Chain – Similar to Indian Run the PAX lined up with Sandbags, the last person handed their sandbag up the chain and retrieved it on the other end…then the next last person repeated.  This was done from the bottom of a small hill up and across the parking lot (roughly 40-50 yds)
• Bear Crawls (without dropping sandbag)
  • Flat ground crawl for 5 yds
  • Hill Climb crawl for 5 yds
  • Flat ground crawl for 5 yds
  • Hill Climb crawl for 5 yds
• Crab Crawl (without dropping sandbag) – across entire parking lot
• Sandbag relief for 10 count
• Re-shoulder sandbag
• Walk across parking lot
• Jog backwards across parking lot
• Jog forwards across parking lot (3x)
• Walk across parking lot at each line alternate 5 curls or 5 shoulder press with sandbag
• Walk across parking lot at every other parking space lunge across space
