Partner up for a DORA. Partner 1 performs cumulative reps of merkins(100) big boy sit ups(200) and squats(300) Partner 2 runs to the top of the hill and back. I forgot how much that top half of the hill sucked!
Mosey back to start. Man maker EMOM for remaining time. 5 man makers at the top of every minute. Rest for remainder of minute. 6 rounds completed until time is called.
