19 Exercises x 42 Reps @ 6 Stations to represent the 6,000,000 Jews who were exterminated by the Nazis during World War II with the first train leaving Belgium for Auschwitz on this day in 1942.

We broke up into two groups and one started at Station 1 while the other at Station 4. After 3 stations @ 42 reps per station, we dropped it down to 21 reps per station for remainder of workout. No one completed all 6 stations, but HARD WORK TOOK PLACE!!!

On this day 78 years ago, the first train of Jews left Belgium for Auschwitz. Over 6 million Jews were killed. Let us never again allow this to happen.

We see things happening in this country where statues are being torn down and history erased. We need to stand up and make sure this doesn’t take place. Our history is what makes us who we are. We don’t glorify our past, but we can learn from it!
