Responding to Gutterball’s request to use more of the AO, I thought I’d adapt a memorable Q that Honeysuckle put on during a 12 degree day in 2019.
3 cones setup running from Car-Mol Dr to White Way Dr (roughly 1/2 mile). Starting at cone 1 perform 10 reps of each move, then add 5 reps at cone 2, and 5 more at cone 3. Coming back stop at cone 2 and perform 15 reps. When arriving back at cone 1, move on to the next round.
Round 1 – Merkins / Squats / Supermans (2 sec hold)
Round 2 – Carolina Dry Docks / Lunges (R+L=1) / American Hammers (IC)
Round 3 – Burpees
We made it back at around 6:17. Some pax got 20 burpees in OYO as we waited on the 6. Good times.
