THE THANG
Setting: Football field.
Instructions:
1. Start at the goal line with 7 burpees. (You will complete 7 burpees each time you return to the goal line.) 
2. Sprint to the 5 yard line and complete designated exercise. The yard line indicates the number of reps to be done of that exercise.  
3. After completing the required number of reps, return to starting endzone and complete 7 burpees then proceed to the 10 yard line.
4. Repeat

5 Yard line = 5 Mountain Climbers (when finished return to starting endzone for burpees)
10 Yard line = 10 Shoulder Taps (return to end zone)
