The Thang
Indian Run up the hill and around the 36 loop to softball field (probably half mile).
The Diamond of Destruction (Donatello’s naming the workout, editor liberty).
Follow the fitness trail loop around the softball field, stopping of a series of exercises at each base. Increase reps by 15 each trip around the horn up to 45, then back down.
- 1st base 15 squats
- 2nd base 15 merkins
- 3rd base 15 lunges
- Home base (mind out of the gutter) 15 dips
Rinse and repeat for round of 30 reps, 45 reps, 30 reps (ran out of time)
Mosey back to the parking lot and finish strong with 25 yard gassers for 3-4 minutes
Moleskin
Beaker delivered a strong punch on the VQ. Simple but effective total body smoker. Good job Beaker. It was all fine and good till we hit the round of 45 reps—burn.
