What To Bring (Quick List)

  • Workout clothes + athletic shoes
  • Water
  • Cinder block (standard at many AOs)
  • Headlamp (if dark) + reflective gear if you’re near roads
  • Gloves (optional)
  • If it’s a ruck: ruck/backpack (weight optional)
