F3 Arrowhead meets at the playground of Indian Trail Middle School, 307 Car-Mol Dr, Johnson City, TN 37601. Workouts are led on Tuesday and Thursday from 5:30-6:15 AM and on Saturday from 6:30-7:30 AM, with a coffeeteria following the Saturday workout.
