All workouts are free, open to all men, and held outdoors rain or shine.
What To Bring (Quick List)
- Workout clothes + athletic shoes
- Water
- Cinder block (standard at many AOs)
- Headlamp (if dark) + reflective gear if you’re near roads
- Gloves (optional)
- If it’s a ruck: ruck/backpack (weight optional)
- Check Slack for any special instructions
