The Thang:
Mosey to the goal line(invisible) and wait for instructions. I have been wanting to utilize the football field since we setup the AO. Today was that day. Three rounds of suicides. Goal line to 10yd line, Goal line to 20yd line, Goal line to 30yd line, etc……
First Round: 1 Burpee after the 10yd and back sprint, 2 Burpees after the 20yd and back sprint, 3 Burpees after the 30yd and back sprint, etc building up by one each time until reach 10 Burpees.
Second Round: 2 Squats after the 10yd and back sprint, 4 Squats after the 20yd and back sprint, 6 Squats after the 30yd and back sprint, etc building up by 2 each time until reach 20 Squats.
Third Round: 3 Curls with the block/plate after the 10yd and back sprint, 6 Curls after the 20yd and back sprint, 9 Curls after the 30yd and back sprint, etc building up by 3 each time until reach 30 Curls. Lots of mumble chatter towards the end of the curls. I figured the M’s needed more guns in their lives based on the visuals of the group 😉
As time ran short we moseyed back to the flag,

Moleskin: As I turn another year older and reflect on the last year. There have been some downs but plenty of ups. For myself I just need to remember the being behind it all and make sure I give Him the glory. F3 was definitely a God send for me and I am sure a lot more of us (if not all). Do it boldly Pax and do it for His kingdom furtherance.
