Station 1 – 245lb tire flip – each partner flipped the tire to the other.

Station 2 – Big Boy Sit Ups – each pair does 200

Station 3 – lunges

Station 4 – curls, 3 sets of 15

Station 5 – Pull ups or Carolina Dry Docks, 3 sets of 15
