The Thang:
Nothing is better than revisiting childhood memories. Today, we had a Sweet Pickles Bus full of floppy disks. On each disk, you would find one of the following exercises:
- Merkins
- Imperial Squat Walker
- American Hammers
- Squats
- Diamond Merkins
- Merkin Roll
- Flutter Kicks
- Travolta Merkins
- Burpees
- Side Straddle Hop
However, just like floppy disks, it usually took more than one to load a program. For each exercise, you had three floppy disks:
- Normal (Just the exercise) – picker moseys a lap around the circle while group completes the exercise
- Reverse – picker completes the exercise while group moseys a lap around the circle
- X2 – picker moseys two laps around the circle while group completes the exercise
In a circle, we went one by one picking a floppy disk until the entire group picked a disk.
The Short Thang:
Super Five. Everyone begins in merkin position. In cadence, group completes one merkin and rolls over onto the six. In cadence, the group completes one big boy sit-up and rolls over into the merkin position. Increment and repeat until group completes five merkins and five big boy sit-ups

To my surprise, out of the 10 reverse cards, we picked 8. This resulted in a long morning of running! The PAXs hit it hard and showed up when it mattered! TClaps to everyone this morning!
