Pair Up: Cumulative exercises. One partner exercises and other partner traverses the parking lot or the grassy median. Upon return partners switch until exercise rep totals are met.
- Exercise: Carolina Dry Docks (75)
Traverse median: Bear crawl/Run back - Exercise: Lunges (100 each leg)
Traverse parking lot: Long jump/ Run back - Exercise: American Hammers (200 – 2 count)
Traverse median: Bear Crawl/Run back - Exercise: Imperial Squat Walkers (100 – 4 count)
Traverse parking lot: Long jump/Run back - Exercise: Reverse Crunches (200)
Traverse median: Bear Crawl/Run back - Exercise: Easy Burpees (75)

Moleskin: Enjoyed our first workout in the rain. We had a FNG that quit during the first exercise. I am not sure whether it was the SSH or the rain that drove him away. I hope he comes back, but F3 is not for everyone. YHC was impressed with the remaining PAX; they embraced the challenge. This was definitely one of my favorite workouts and I had a great group of men with whom to share it.
