Hillacious Run Group

YHC picked up the run group VQ on run group eve. I figured we’d run.   Rudy, Ponzi and the run group OGs usually bring fancy stuff that involves props, elevators, sphinxes and the like.  Makes me nervous.  I just brought sneakers and mapmyrun.  Eight PAX are better for it.

THE THANG
Head through the parking lot to the SHHS perimeter.  Turn right and continue to follow the perimeter clockwise.  At about 1.25 miles, arrive at big 0.2 mile hill.  AYG to top of hill then mosey back down x 3.  Plank for the 6 at the top each time.  Continue on around perimeter and back to bottom of hill on Liberty Bell Dr.  AYG to intersection of John Exum and Roan Streets.  Back down hill and back to track.  4 miles total.
