THE THANG
Let’s mosey to the play ground…get a buddy and prepare for BOMBS. Partner 1 runs to second lightpole (aprx 40-60 yds) while partner 2 begins BOMBS: flap jack when P1 returns, R & R until complete.

Next P1 begins pull ups while partner 2 begins exercise grouping of 20 squats, 20 broad jumps, 20 lunges, 20 scissor jacks

Upon arriving to the AO YHC was graced by our man Jobs standing alone (he’s aprox 6’4″-ish) dressed in all black with his arms crossed. YHC mentioned he looked like the black knight from Holy Grail…which of course prompted many a Pax to begin quoting line afer line after line…
