THE THANG
With Valentine’s Day approaching, YHC thought it would be a good idea to walk the PAX through a menu plan for a special meal with that special someone. Pax started out with Double Quarter Pounders, as follows:
Start at line: run to 1st cone, do 25 merkins, run backward to starting line
run to 2nd cone, do 50 squats, run backward to starting line
run to 3rd cone, do 75 mountain climbers, run backward to starting line
run to 4th cone, do 100 SSH’s, run backward
Repeat
Next up was the side dish: FRIES
1st lap: 25 Fairy jacks at 3:00 and 9:00
2nd lap: 25 Rosalitas (4 count) at 3:00 and 9:00
3rd lap: 25 Imperial Squat Walkers at 3:00 and 9:00
4th lap: 25 E2K at 3:00 and 9:00 (both sides =1)
5th lap: 25 step ups (both legs=1) at 12:00
Seven-ups
1 burpee, run to cone, 2 burpees, back to starting line, 3 burpees, etc. up to 7 burpees.
