THE THANG
About a Month ago I ran a post will a similar set up and thought it was so much fun we would bring it back around again with some changes.  Paired up.   Partner did LBC while the other bear crawled to the cone ~15 yrds.  One to the cones they performed 25 of said exercises with a block.

• Double ‘Merkin Block Burpees – everyone wanted a demo for this self explanatory named exercise – a block burpee with two merkins instead of one.
• Overhead Presses – Demo was requested again but at this point the Q decided Floppy was flapping his gums and trying get out of work or make the Q work harder and no demo was provided.
• Curls
• Squats
• Lunges (rt and Lt equals 1)
• Kettle Bell Swings
• Triceps Presses
