Run to retention pond, loop up the hill, run to bottom of Sundale (AKA Manmaker Hill per Balk, AKA the Highway to Hell per the M) AYG up the hill, continue run to Pactolas then down the hill.  AYG up the hill, then back down, continue along SHHS perimeter to John Exum, AYG up the hill then back down.  Continue along Exum to bottom of hill.  AYG up the hill then back to track.  AYG 100yd sprints x 4.  Circled to the 6 often. ~4-5 miles logged.
