We went around the track to the front of the school. QIC introduced(I think) the Pax to Dora’s uglier Icelandic sister Greta. The Pax partnered up and listened for the instructions. One Pax will start the exercises and the other will run to the top of drive near the round. Once at the top complete 5 burpees(last minute addition). All of the exercises are cumulative.
- 100 block merkins
- 200 block squats
- 300 block curls
- 400 block flutter kicks
We finished right on time. We moseyed back to the flag.

This Q was my second BDQ since starting F3. I just wanted to let all of the Pax know how much they have helped me over the past couple years become a better version of myself(especially Queen). You all build me up spiritually, mentally, and physically. Keep it up for the rest of the sad clowns out there.
